Between (i) Mary Fossey and (ii) Benjamin Bennett of Dunstable, straw manufacturer; William Holland of Kensworth, grocer; James Munn of Kensworth, baker; Thomas Vass of Kensworth, draper; Thomas Pye of Kensworth, gardener; William Neile of Dagnall, grocer; John Jones of Little Gaddesden, carpenter; William Hiram Higgins of Luton, straw manufacturer; James Hawes of Market Street, plumber; Richard Walton of Dunstable, baker; William Turney of Dunstable, baker; Jabez Bartram of Dunstable, blocker; Richard Barton of Toddington, grocer; and William Laburn of Hockliffe, farmer. 30 perches of land at Kensworth as stumped out for the purposes of a Methodist Chapel bounded on the south by the common road and on the west by ground of Thomas Jones, on the north by an enclosure of John Liberty and on the east by a slipe of ground contracted to be sold by the said Mary Fossey to James Munn. Part of allotment of 1 acre, 3 roods and 32 perches purchased by Mary Fossey from Thomas Franklin.
