Lease and Release 1) John Watkins (?William) Drew and Mary Ann his wife, (late Mary Ann Kent, spinster) (vendors) 2) Thomas Barrett and George Hetherington (vendors marriage trustees) 3) William Hogg and Robert Lindsell, bankers and partners (purchasers) recites marriage settlement 1) John Watkins Drew, marrying party 2) Thomas Plomer Moss and Mary Ann his wife Mary Ann Drew (then Kent) daughter by Mary Ann Moss’s 1st husband Francis Kent 3) Thomas Barrett and George Hetherington (trustees) piece of land, Potton in or leading to Biggleswade adjoining Royal Oak, frontage to street 85 ft on part of which stood a messuage then used as 2 tenements, formerly in occupation of Ann Brown, widow, and Richard Richardson and since of John Hale and Richard Richardson, but which have been lately burnt down 22 and 23 Dec 1835
