Copy of Court Roll Admission of R H and C S Lindsell for 40 years presents death of Robert Lindsell (2300 1843 admitted) 2 copyhold cottages with barns, stables, outhouses, gardens at S. end of Hitchin, Hertfordshire one heretofore called “The Cross Keys” now “Falcon” formerly in occupation of John Bailey, since of Walter Percival Shirley now of Maurice Green Festing. a barn belonging to it on S. part. the other late in occupation of Cornelius Oakley now of Herbert Winch. yard W. fronting lately a brewhouse and adjoining 26 Oct 1857 made c.1898
