    Expense of funeral as little as possible and “that I may be buried in Bunhill Fields as near as possible to the Reverend Mr John Bunyan”. Reference to will of husband James Ward made 24 December 1728. She was to have no benefit from will unless entered into Bond in penal sum of £800 to secure £400 within 6 months after her decease or 2nd marriage for such 4 or more of 6 grandchildren testator will choose. Or otherwise to reverse to all 6 grandchildren. Testator did enter into Bond of £400:- £100 to granddaughter Katherine Ward £100 to granddaughter Susannah Miller £100 to granddaughter Mary Miller £100 to granddaughter Martha Miller £150 to nephew William Walson, son of Thomas Walson, late of Bedford £50 to Thomas Walson, another son of Thomas £5 to daughter Hannah Ward £10 to be paid by executors to niece Elizabeth Lavender that wasleft her by the will of testator’s sister Freelove Betts residue including 36 shares, mortgages, bonds etc. to sister Mary Austin and her son Robert Austin, to be equally divided between them as tenants in common.
