    Lot 1) 2 brick slated and “spoiled” cottages containing 10 rooms with Wood Barn adjoining, Timber and tiled washhouse and barn at back, pigstye with large piece of garden ground, well stocked with fruit trees as now stumped out and containing 40 perches with a frontage of 53 feet in occupation of Thomas Billingham and Charles Stevens at low rental of £9 per annum. (following fixtures belong to Thomas Billingham:- pigstye near Church Walk, wooden erection used for bee hives, dresser and hanging press in the house) Lot 2) Range of 5 brick, brick case and tiled cottages, 1 washouse with woodbarns for each tenant and large garden well stocked with fruit trees, as now stumped out and containing 3 roods with a frontage of 79 feet. (let to James Whiteman, John Cooper, John Watts, Samuel Gillet and John Ambridge at “very low rents” totalling £18..10s per annum) (a small strip of garden ground above is occupied by Charles Stevens, a tenant of Lot1)) Pond of water on above property, if it is sold in 2 lots then purchaser of either lot is entitled to the use of the pond as at present or to fill in that portion belonging to him in a straight line with the stumps now drove down. Purchaser of Lot 2) shall erect and maintain on his own ground a sufficient fence against Lot 1) and shall not be entitled to eave drops upon Lot1).
