appoints son Isaac Webb and friend John White Burrows executors. To son Isaac all goods and chattels and all other estate both real and personal for his own use. subject to trust rent from 4 cottages in village of Clophill to be collected by executors and paid into the Post Office Savings Bank until amounts to £25 and any interest be paid to granddaughter Ruth Elizabeth daughter of Thomas Mann and testator’s daughter Elizabeth (now dead) if she reaches 21, but if she dies before 21 Isaac to have the money, (but Isaac is to pay a reasonable sum for her funeral at the discretion of John White Burrows or some other disinterested person) but if marries before 21 to receive it a month after the marriage.
