Recites: John White Burrows agreed to sell 13 years ago the piece of meadow on Flitton Moor in occupation of Daniel Richardson and received from 2) £10 on occupation of purchase BUT Daniel was not satisfied with the legal title to the land and is unwilling to complete the purchase.
1) agrees to repay 2) £10 deposit with rates paid by 2) since the date of the proposed purchase and also to let the plot to 2) on lease of 5 years and rent £2..10s per annum, And since 2) has paid 1) no rent since proposed purchase, therefore 2) agrees to accept £5 from 1) to discharge all above claims
