to wife Elizabeth Burrows: all freehold and copyhold messuages, lands, tenements etc. for life without impeachment of waste (except in pulling down houses and voluntary spoiling and cutting of young trees)
then to their children as tenants in common
Reversion to John and Mary, son and daughter of John Burrows, again as tenants in common residue of real and personal estate to wife (sole executrix)
