...Cottage, tenement or dwelling house part of messuage lately erected on piece of ground formerly the ground of Joseph Samm deceased. (near Bedford Street and near Hog Lane) late in occupation of William Johnson and now of William Dyer, and small yard or piece of ground belonging and now occupied with it being fenced off from other part of the garden, heretofore belonging to the messuage and now belonging to the adjoining one.
On N. or NW. part which was heretofore occupied by Isaac Jones and now of Robert Marks.
And barn or part of a barn standing near to the cottage, divided from other part of the barn by a boarded partition fence and being SE. or SW. parts discharged of all land tax, sometime since redeemed by George Exton deceased.
