To son John Pennyfather , stock and crop on estate in Pulloxhill, and all his farm or dairy and real estate in Pulloxhill (except a close called the Upper Brade) for life, then to his children, in default of heirs to daughter Elizabeth Coote and heirs. son John to pay granddaughter Mary Webb £15 at age 18, and also bring her up to the age of 15. To son in law Isaac Coote, Maulden, miller, with whom testator now lives, Upper Brade Close in Pulloxhill, 8 acres, and right of way through Lower Brade. Executor: son in law Isaac Coote, who is to give to the poor of Pulloxhill in bread at funeral 10/-, and the like to poor of Flitton. witnesses: Richard Ward, Leighton Buzzard, Abraham Albon and Thomas Goodwyn, Maulden
