    John Bromsall of Bedford, gentleman To his cousin Elizabeth Walby who lives with him, all property in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire for life; gold watch, all watches and clocks, all silver plate, gold sleeve buttons, securities; To niece Hannah Dennis, widow of Edward Dennis, all monies due from her, paying to Sarah and Hannah Dennis, her children, £20 each; if Hannah, Sarah and Hannah junior should die, the £40 to go to Mary, Elizabeth and Ann Impey; To sister Alice Taylor, annuity £12; To Hannah Dennis the lease of house she lives in; On the termination of the life estate of Elizabeth Walby, To nephew William Read, messuage in Flitton and Maulden in occupation of self and Joseph Hill etc.; To nephew George Read, 2 messuages at Greenfield in Pulloxhill and close and 3 acres land in Pulloxhill etc. now in occupation Matthew Wildman. To friends Henry Saunders of Biddenham Ford End, yeoman and Mr John Lavender of Cardington senior, yeoman and to Mrs Elizabeth Read, Kempston widow, and James Hodson, Kempston, wheelwright: residue on trust to repair property, beginning first at house and malthouse where testator lives, then house in occupation James Dragg, baker, in Bedford St Mary, in order to sell the same; from money arising: To nephew Mr John Impey, gentleman, now of Inner temple Lane, London, £300; Alteration of legacy of annuity to sister Alice Taylor. She is to have instead £22 and a further 10 guineas. To Mary, Elizabeth and Ann Impey £20 in lieu of the £20 each given to them by their grandmother, which testator lent to John Taylor, who brought them up. then all monies arising to be divided between John, Mary, Elizabeth and Ann Impey, George, William and James Read, Samuel Taylor, Susanna Thompson, Ann Hodson, Mary Ambridge, Phoebe Read, Ann Read.
