To his friends John Armstrong of Houghton Conquest, yeoman and Samuel Davis junior of Ampthill, gentleman, all messuages, cottages, closes etc. in Maulden and elsewhere on trust, to raise by sale sufficient to discharge £150 due to Ann Waters of Grove, Slapton, Buckinghamshire, widow on mortgage 22 August last. Remainder to be held on trust foe wife Ann Blick for life, then to son William Blick for life, then to heirs male, in default heirs female and right heirs.
