Green, conveyed by William Newland and wife Mary to Nicholls, 5 May 1719 (All these pieces above are part of Chibley Farm, which, together with copyhold, contains 155 acres, occupied J. Flint) 5 acres arable in Pegsden Fields conveyed by Laurence Coleman & J. Field to Nicholls, 8 June 1728. - Now part of a farm in Pegsden occupied Sarah Brasier, widow, which together with copyhold contains 25 acres.
