Quitclaim Rev. Thomas Whitehurst late of Hitchin, now of Newman St. Middlesex, clerk, & Sarah, (executrix of Richard Hitchin) & Thomas Evans & Daniel Nash of Hitchin, (executors of Sarah Field) to J. Field £200 (of the £600 mortgage) was repaid by Carolus Nicolls Field before his death. The interest on the £403 was to be paid to the day of Sarah's death, and then the principal sum due was to be set over to her son John Field, thus discharging the mortgage.
