    Parties to conveyance: (i) William Harry Wren of Park Square, Luton, house furnisher; (ii) Joseph Mardle of Guildford Street, Luton, straw hat manufacturer; (iii) Walter Thomas Lye of Leagrave Hall, Leagrave, gentleman; John Arthur Burgess of Dunstable Road, Luton, hat tip and lining merchant; Arthur Ernest Davies of High Town Road, Luton, straw hat manufacturer; John Henry Webb of Cardiff Road, Luton, chemist Reciting: - Indenture dated 21 August 1899 between (i) Daniel Robert Fearon; (ii) Rev John Heyrick Macaulay and 9 others (the then Governors of Chew's Foundation); and (iii) William Harry Wren and Joseph Mardle, conveying part of the property (a) to Wren and Mardle in fee simple as tenants in common. - Indenture dated 23 August 1899 bewten (i) Daniel Robert Fearon; (ii) Hugh Colin Smith and 7 others (the then Governors of Ashtons Charity); and (iii) William Harry Wren and Joseph Mardle, conveying the remaining part of (1) to Wren and Mardle in fee simple as tenants in common. Operative Part: - (iii) paid £245 to (i) and (ii) - (i) and (ii) conveyed (a) to (iii) Property: (a) Land at Round Green near Luton as shown on attached plan, containing 51 poles 14 yards bounded: on the SW by Turners Knoll to which it has a frontage of 70 feet; on the NW by other land of (i) and (ii) which is to be sold to Alfred Mardle measuring 200 feet; on the NE by land to be sold to Alfred Mardle measuring 70 feet; on the SE by land to be sold to Alfred Mardle measuring 200 feet
