- Scope and Content... Devises to brother-in-law Robert Musgrave of Tilbrook, yeoman, William Wheeler of Marston Moretaine, yeoman, and John Brydale of Ampthill, apothecary, all his real and personal estate, in trust for sale and payment of debts etc., an annuity of £8 to his mother Frances Handcock for life, and the interest to be used for the education of his son John until age of 21 or marriage, and then principal and interest to be paid over to him; and in case of death before that estate is realised, the interest to be paid to the said Frances Handcock for life, and then the principal and interest to be divided as follows; £50 each to Mary and Elizabeth Handcock (daughters of his uncle John Handcock), £20 to servant Elizabeth Harley, £10 to John Brydale, and the rest to be divided amongst the said William Wheeler and all the children of the said Robert Musgrave. Executors: the said trustees. Witnesses: Thomas Bolton, William Linley and Edward Money.
