Recites WE1024; and also Will of Maria Lucas [as in WE1024], dated 9 August 1839, and proved 17 December 1847, appointing the parties in i) as executors; and reciting that the said Maria and Margaret Lucas were the only children of William Lucas of Hitchin, brewer, deceased, by Susannah his 2nd wife (theretofore Susannah Camps, spinster)]. ... 2 acres land in Holwellbury Field in Lower Stondon in Shillington (described in WE1024 as forming part of Road Piece); also an inn called the “Bird in Hand” erected on the said land; also 16 acres 1 rood 18 perches of land called Spinney Field in Lower Stondon; and also 2 acres 2 roods 22 perches in White Wall Field in Upper Stondon.
