A cottage and garden in Hall End in Maulden; a piece of land formerly of William Stone and since allotted to William Pierce Nethersole by the Enclosure Commissioners being on the back part, and the road to Clophill on the front, bounded E. by an allotment to William Pierce Nethersole, and W. by the late Common Field, [as in WE956 herein recited]; also 1½ acres in Lowsey Mead, bounded N. by the said garden, E. by an allotment to William Pierce Nethersole, S. by the parish of Silsoe, and W. by the 5th allotment of John Morris, (which land was purchased from the Enclosure Commissioners, being part of the land of the Trustees of the Charity Estate of Maulden, and sold to defray enclosure expenses); and 3 acres 1 rood 33 perches in Lowsey Mead, bounded on part of N. and W. by the house and garden of William Pierce Nethersole, on part of N. by the Shefford road, on part of E. and N. by garden of James Sanders, on part of E. by the homestead of the “Flying Horse” Public House in the parish of Clophill, on part of E. and SE. by the parish of Silsoe, and on the remaining part of W. by the 5th allotment to the Trustees of Maulden Charity.
