D) Will of John Palmer, dated 23 May 1804; whereby he devised his cottage to his wife Sarah; charged with payment of legacies to four of his children; and appointed William Hurley executor.
E) Covenant to levy a Fine; dated 27 November 1805: James Egram and wife Sarah to William Hurley.
