To friends, Ambrose Platt of Millbrook, Joseph Bennell of Houghton Conquest, and Moses Wilson of Harlington, graziers and farmers; residue of personal estate in trust for payment of debts, and investment of £500 for maintenance of daughter Sarah; and in event of her death, to sons Thomas, John and William Fane; and in event of death of any of the latter, the share to go to grandchildren, Ann, Elizabeth, and Thomas Fane (children of son John), and Martha, William and Henry Letch Payne (children of daughter Ann Payne, deceased).
