- Scope and ContentMemo. on Court Rolls, 4 June 1849, that William Wilshere the elder had entered into possession of all the Jepps' property remaining unsold, and that William Wilshere the nephew had been admitted to the 6/8th parts of the property, and, under the trusts of his uncle's will, was entitled to the whole :- Messuage in Church End, occupied J. Jepps. 2 tenements occ.upied J. Jepps or undertenants. Close of arable or garden late pasture, adjoining occupied J. Jepps. 2 Cottages at Church End occupied James Dunham & Edward Walker Pencil notes suggest that the legal problem at this time was to get the heir of the Jepps family (J. Jepps) to execute a satisfactory quitclaim.
