Gilbert, Samuel Jepps, Ezekiel Jepps, Millicent, wife of William Heather, late Millicent Jepps, William Jepps, deceased, whose son is William Jepps Elizabeth, wife of J. Bonest, both deceased, Their son William Bonest also died, and J. Bonest, his brother, is heir.

Richard, James, Ann, Samuel, Ezekiel and Millicent are admitted to eight parts in :- Messuage occupied James Durham, in Church End, and close occupied Richard Jepps. Messuage occupied Thomas Fox. Richard, James, Ann, Samuel., Ezekiel and Millicent suffer a recovery, and then the latter five surrender their portions to Richard for £125. Proclamation is made for William Jepps and J. Bonest to appear to be admitted to their portions.
