    Richard, James, Ann, Samuel, Ezekiel and Millicent are admitted to eight parts in :- Messuage occupied James Durham, in Church End, and close occupied Richard Jepps. Messuage occupied Thomas Fox. Richard, James, Ann, Samuel., Ezekiel and Millicent suffer a recovery, and then the latter five surrender their portions to Richard for £125. Proclamation is made for William Jepps and J. Bonest to appear to be admitted to their portions.
