To grandson William Bithrey £100 in land (12 acres) in Steffingham (? Stevington) fields. To grandson Thomas Bithrey 1 cottage with 1 1/2acres land and an orchard, and 1 acre land in Steffingham. To daughter Rebecca Craner an annuity of £12 [Crossed out and marked ''so in original'']; if she has any children they are to have £50 each.
