- Scope and ContentExecutors: Brother Macer Skevington of Bozeat, Northamptonshire, gentleman, and kinsman Mr William Hopkins of Snelston, Lavendon, Buckinghamshire. To son William all stock and crop of corn, grain and hay, all horses, cows, sheep and cattle, wagons, carts, ploughs, harrows and all other things in husbandry and stock, provided he pays wife £10 per annum and clears all debts; also 2 cottages in Turvey occupied by George Lett and William Hartlett. To son Macer 2 cottages in Turvey occupied by William Tole and William Wooding, with Todgbrook close after wife's decease; also £100 when 21; if he should die, to William and Lucy Skevington. To daughter Lucy £100, ''and my mind and will is that my said daughter shall not marry against the consent and good liking of her mother and my executors.''; if she does her legacy is to be kept by the executors until they shall think '' proper and convenient for her advantage''; if she should die, to William and Macer. If wife survives testator she is to dispose of household goods. Remainder to executors to pay debts and legacies. To daughter Elizabeth £1,1.
