Lot 2: Sward land near the High Street, with land containing 2 acres, 2 roods, 8 poles (more or less) with homestead, slaughter house and fasting pens and garden plot adjoining in the occupation of Mr W Kingston, rental £10 per annum. Lot 3: Double fronted house on Church Street in the occupation of Mr Rump, rental £17 per annum. Lot 4: Six substantially built cottages with out buildings and gardens situate in Church Street, now in the occupation of Mrs Z Cook, Mr G Gurney, Mark Cook and others. Rentals amount to £33.10.0. Lot 5: Cottage in Lombard Street let as a village store, in the occupation of Mr W Lees. Rental £7.16.0 per annum. Bounded on all sides except that of the street by property of James Riglen.
