B) Appointment of Abraham Smith, William Smith and Ann (late wife of John Fitzhugh, gentleman), as executors of Will of Oliver Smith. C) Deed of Partition (Allotment of Abraham Smith for his moiety). ... The said messuage and close; and 3½ acres (part of said 12 acres).
