6 acres (described in Lease and Release, dated 2, 3 October 1711: William Cawne, clerk and wife Elizabeth, to Nathan Linford); and
a close (2 acres) (described in Lease and Release, dated 29, 30 March 1699: William Tompkins to Nathan Linford);
all in occupation of Thomas Balls.

a messuage in Maulden, in occupation of Mary Linford, widow;
