    ...A cottage in Wilstead, in occupation of Henry Linford; a close of pasture adjoining (5 acres), abutting on a close late of James Cox, deceased, and now of Edward Emery on S., and on the common street N., and adjoining to Ivery alias Ives Lane E., and to the pasture of George Blundell esquire, W.; also 12 acres dispersed in the Common Fields (as described in a Release, dated 8 June 1725: George Bruce and wife Mary to Samuel Dunham; being together with a messuage purchased by the said Elizabeth Cox from William Dunham, by Lease and Release, dated14 and 15 June 1753); also 6 acres dispersed in the Common Fields (as described in Release, dated 5 May 1753: Henry Potts and wife Mary to Elizabeth Cox); also 4 acres (as described in said last Indenture); also 8¾ acres (described in Release, dated 2 April 1707: James Fisher and wife Elizabeth to Frances Pearce; and 6¾ acres (described in Release, dated 9 June 1711: i) William Scarlett; ii) Sarah Stratton, spinster, Richard Wells and Robert Goodjohn; and iii) Nathaniel Pearce).
