...A cottage in Maulden, late in occupation of Henry White, and now of John Bushby; also a close (1½ acres) adjoining, between the land formerly of Edward Sadler and now of [blank] Stonbridge SE., and Michael Wainwright NW.; and also 9 acres dispersed in the Common Fields of Maulden, late in occupation of George Haines and now of John Bushby.
