Recites Mortgage 5 November last past: John Willows to John Arnold and wife Elizabeth; William Lucas has agreed to advance £250 upon security of the Deadman's Cross, Hawnes, property as in GA1720.
Witnesses: Richard Prudden, William Barker. 26 May 1729.
Endorsement: Assignment of Mortgage reciting that the mortgage was not paid off, that John Willows is now dead, that £150 is still owing.
Cordelia Papworth of St. Albans spinster has agreed to lend Elizabeth Willows £150.
