Robert Willows of Shefford, glover, to son Richard of Meppershall. Recites that Robert is seized of Kimball's close as before, and of 3 1/2 acres land in Clifton late purchased of brother Thomas and Oliver Swinglehurst of Clifton yeoman; Robert is to settle the property on his son before his decease.
