    Recites: - A) WE362, B) Marriage Settlement, dated 7 August 1746: i) Thomas (Earl of Pomfret; ii) Lady Charlotte Fermor ( a daughter of Thomas by Lady Henrietta); iii) the Honourable William Finch esquire; and iv) John (Earl of Granville) and John Conyers. On the marriage of ii) and iii). [The Earl appoints £5000 ( part of £10,000) to be raised for the marriage portion of the said Lady Charlotte. The rest to be divided thus: £4000 to Lady Henrietta Fermor (on her marriage with John Conyers), £100 to William Fermor, and £300 each to Lady Juliana Fermor, Lady Louisa Fermor and Ann Fermor] C) Marriage Settlement, dated 8 January 1746/7: i) Thomas (Earl of Pomfret); ii) Lady Henrietta Fermor (a daughter); iii) John Conyers; and iv) Sir Charles Mordaunt of Walton (county Warwickshire) baronet, and John Heaton of Threadneedle Street, London. On marriage of ii) and iii). [recites that Thomas had issue, 2 sons and 5 daughters, the eldest being George (Lord Lempster)] D) The death of William Fermor, whereby his sisters became entitled to his £100. E) Marriage Settlement , dated 15 August 1751: i) Thomas (Earl of Pomfret); ii) Lady Juliana Fermor; iii) Thomas Penn esquire (eldest surviving son of William Penn esquire, the proprietor and governor of the province of Pennsylvania, and of Newcastle, Kent and Sussex in Delaware in America); and iv) John Heaton. On marriage of ii) and iii). F) Will of Thomas (Earl of Pomfret), dated 23 January 1752/3. ... devised his property to his wife Henrietta Louisa; in trust for sale and payment of the said marriage portions etc. [it is here noted that Louisa and Ann (who afterwards married Thomas Dawson esquire) became entitled to the share of Lady Juliana] G) Death of the trustees, by which the property became vested in Sir John Wodehouse, by survivorship. H) Will of Sir John Wodehouse, dated 23 October 1753, appointing Sir Armine Wodehouse baronet, as sole executor. I) Lease and Release, dated 11 and 12 March 1755: George (Earl of Pomfret), to Edward Burnaby and Samuel Wegg esquire, and William Ladds, merchant. ... [as in WE362]. For the loan of £16000. K) Death of Louisa (Countess Dowager of Pomfret) on 20 December 1761.
