Devises all his property [no details] to wife Katherine, for life; then to daughter Mary; and in event of her death and failure of issue, to the children of his brother John Burr, deceased, and niece Elizabeth Hare. Directs that his wife shall enter a into a bond with Thomas Walker, Rector of Hockliffe, sister Rebecca Smith and brother-in-law John Burr of Hockliffe, grazier, for the maintenance and education of his daughter Mary. [a few bequests]
