    ...Devises his property in Flitwick and Steppingley, Bethnal Green (county Middlesex), and Fenchurch Street and Coleman Street in London, to cousins James Warren of Suffolk Street, near Charing Cross, London, wine-merchant, Sarah Johnson, spinster (sister to the Bishop of Worcester), and Mary Fisher (wife of James Fisher of the Minories, London, gentleman, in trust for maintenance and education of daughter Elizabeth Sheldon. Bequests to servants, Thomas Lisley and wife Frances, and William and Mary Scott. The said property to go to his daughter Elizabeth, and heirs; and then to the representatives of his aunts Mary Watton and Ann Johnson.
