And to son-in-law Robert Hillyard of Barton, farmer, and William Woodward of Westoning, victualler, a messuage in Westoning, on trust to sell it to son-in-law Thomas Attlee and wife Mary (his daughter), if they so desire, and for payment of legacies to Martha and Mary (daughters of son William Morris, deceased), and to sons Thomas and John, Ann (wife of John Webb of Westoning), Mary (wife of said Thomas Attlee), Elizabeth Hillyard, widow, Martha (wife of William Odell of Westoning), and Alley (wife of said Robert Hillyard).
