...Devises all his property in Maulden [no details] to John Armstrong of Houghton Conquest, yeoman, and Samuel Davis junior of Ampthill, gentleman; in trust for sale, and discharge of a Mortgage held by Ann Waters of Grove in parish of Slapton (county Buckinghamshire), and remainder in trust for wife Ann, and son William, and issue. Bequests to the aforenamed, and to sister Elizabeth Wagstaff.
