Depositions of (1) John Cumberland of Luton, engineer and surveyor - he prepared plan "A" showing proposed diversion and affirms that it is correct (2) George Dukes of Luton, attorney's clerk - confirms that he witnessed Thomas Maldon and Samuel Haydon, surveyors of the highways for East Hyde, sign notice "B", and William Clark, surveyor of the highways for West Hyde, sign notice "C", and that notices have been displayed as required and inserted into newspapers.
