(ii)Thomas Battams of Turvey gentleman. -- Messuage and bakehouse with orchard, garden, yard etc. in Milton Ernest, occupied by Mr. Poole baker; 4 acres in fields bought by Mary Poole, mother of Thomas 7,8 February 1755; 5 rods bought by Thomas Poole from Thomas Bolton, 17,18 April 1772; 3 rods in Nether field, by Sheep close, on Midland furlong, shooting down to the headland there; in Radwell furlong, in Nether Starling abutting Church Headland and Midland furlong, bought from Thomas Sturgiss, James Hart and wife Ruth, Elizabeth Sturgiss, Richard Ward and wife Susan, 7,8 February 1783. all of which are occupied by Miss Poole. Witnesses: Decimus Cooke, John Garrard.
