To her son John, her house late in occupation of George Horn, malting, and part of the orchard behind the malting, Long Copmore Close (divided into two parts). the Little Copmore Field, Lawyer Close, and Great Hays Gate; in trust for his children, and failing issue, to his sister Elizabeth. ... To daughter Mary, the house where she now lives, a pightle adjoining, and Dovehouse Close, Barn Close and Wood-croft in her new allotment adjoining to Mr Cooke and Mr Welch; in trust for her children, and failing issue, to her brother John. ... To daughter Elizabeth, her house in Ram Alley and close adjoining, and house at Church End in occupation of farmer (sic). [a few personal bequests]
