To William Felpts and wife Ann:- -- Cottage in Brook Lane Harrold, formerly occupied by Richard Grey, late by Oliver Fairey now by William Felpts; pightle (lacre) adjoining, abutting ground formerly of William Boteler north and east, the lane west; with common of pasture; cot. in Harrold occupied by David Felpts, cottage of William Freeman and wife Elizabeth on west, ground of Lord Royston east and south, common street north, with liberty of ingress and egress to the pump. Several pieces of land:- in Blackden furlong, shooting into Olney Way, in Cracknell Hill field, on Arnold furlong; in Dungey field, on Messenger's Hill, shooting to Hales piece, in Cross furlong, abutting Black Month ford, shooting to Moore- hame's corner; and several pieces of land in Bozeat, Northamptonshire.
