(ii) John King clerk, John Ablestone gentleman, and Anne Green spinster all of Harrold. --cottage with orchard adjoining in Harrold occupied by Thomas Franklin, on the south side of the street, abutting east house and ground of John Matthew gentleman, west house and ground of John Butcher, north close of James Butler; conveyed by Richard Keech of Harrold to Nicholas Franklin. Witnesses: John Franklin, Joseph Mason.
