    (i) John Sleath of Duke's Court, Drury Lane, Middlesex, coachmaker and stable keeper, and wife Mary. (ii) Henry Kensit of Bunhill Row, St. Luke old Street, Middlesex, gentleman. Recites will of Lucy Aspin widow, bequeathing property to Mary Jacques, then to George Jacques; will of George Jacques, to uncle Henry and his children; Henry Jacqes left four children of whom Mary is one. -- 1/4 part of a messuage in Felmersham, near ""the entrance to Felmersham coming from Milton Ernest towards the church."" Gad meadow on the banks of the Ouse, near the Chellington - Felmersham road; Great, Little, and Common Holmes; the cobs and osier beds near to ; a free fishery in the Ouse ""The whole stream from the dam end of Pinch Mill to the first plank, and half the stream from there to the third plank or coney bridge."" All now occupied by Robert Talbot, Samuel Wright, Edward Rust. Witnesses: Samuel White, John Brookes.
