Malet (whose sister Elizabeth was wife of William Reeves and mother of Charlotte) 4. Samuel Whitbread of Bedwell Park, Herts, Esq., on behalf of his son, Samuel Whitbread the younger, a minor. 5. J.W. Jennings of Harlington, Beds., Esq., trustee for Whitbread. Recites that the property became vested in H. Stout in trust for William Reeves, and the term of 500 became vested in H. Smith for Reeves. The Equitable estate passed to J. Malet who covenanted to convey to Smith as security for £1645. 1, 2, and 3. now assign to 5. in trust for 4.
