    (i) Richard Rudd of Carlton yeoman, and John Bithrey of Carlton, yeoman. (ii) Thomas Dickenson of Harrold yeoman. Recites that Richard Rudd and John Bithrey stand bound with Thomas Dickenson, to Theod. (?) Crowly clerk for £500, made 25 June 1650, with condition that if Elizabeth Woolston alias Dickenson wife of Thomas Dickenson, pays £100 each to William, Simon and Ursula Woolston, the bond is void. Judgement of Debt, Richard and John v. Thomas Dickenson, for £500. It is now agreed that if Thomas Dickenson shall perform the condition of the said bond and keep indemnified the said Richard and John, the said Judgement shall be void, and Richard and John shall acknowledge satisfaction and acquit Thomas for ever.
