Copy of an Order made by the Local Government Board, prescribing Regulations under the Agricultural Rates Act 1896, to govern the rates payable by occupiers of agricultural land, and the allocation of rates collected to spending authorities, including County Councils. Article IX of these Regulations covers appeals to Special and Quarter Sessions against decisions of the Assessment Committee which makes up the valuation list.
