    reciting: surrender out of court, 10 December 1774 Christopher Jackson, Richmond, Surrey, Esquire and wife Constance -- moiety of 30 acres in Hanscombe End fields, and 25 acres 1 rood in same, and of ½ acre in Windmill field, and of messuage and pightle, Hanscombe End formerly in the occupation of Richard Linham, and of close ( 3 roods ) adjoining messuage late Whitbreads, and of 3 acres in fields of Pegsdon and Apsley End. all in the occupation of William Peacock, to use of Constance for life, then to use of Christopher, then to use of such persons as Constance should appoint. Now: Admission of Richard Jackson to the property recited.
