    -- 17 acres 2 roods 31 perches freehold, Arlesey, (two pieces, separated by the Great Northern Railway main line – plan), with liberty to work the brick making materials to be found there, to erect buildings for manufacturing and sale of bricks, and kilns for lime and cement making. Royalties of 1/3d per 1000 bricks, and 6d per ton of clay. 21 October 1880. Endorsed: surrender of Arlesey Brick and Lime Company Limited to Anne Tipper of the above premises to the in tent that the interest of the Company should be merged in the reversion. 20 February 1883
