[reciting will of Thomas Fullarton Warren, 12 December 1813, bequeathing his real and personal estate to Richard Ryland, London, esquire, John White, Jamaica esquire, and Charles Nicholas Palmer, Kingston, Surrey, esquire in trust for testator for sisters – Elizabeth Sarah Henkell, Dorothy Owen, Marianne Warren and Harriet Warren and their children, remainder (estate in Jamaica only) to children of Richard Ryland. The trustees disposed of the Jamaica estate in accordance with the will. The sisters have no issue; Richard Ryland has ten children of whom Emily Muggeridge is one] John Philips Beavan at direction of Richard Michaux Muggeridge and Robert Hesketh to Peter Cloves in trust -- cottage late erected in Nether Shelton, Marston on garden late purchased by Celton Davis with garden late in the occupation of Edward Rust, garden in the occupation of Celton Knight north, John Symonds south, Joseph Swineherd east, Sarah Robert widow west -- tenth part of reversionary interest in Jamaican estate.
