    To be buried in chancel of Sharnbrook church by deceased father, mother and brother. -- mourning bequests to bearers, parish clerk, clergyman and tenants. -- farm and land in Bishopstone, Buckinghamshire to Thomas Ryder, Lincolns Inn, and Henry Mountfort Lincolns Inn gentlemen in trust for payment of debts and legacies, rest to be charged on Bedfordshire estates -- Bedfordshire estates to same in trust to uses a) to use of William Lee, Totteridge, Middlesex son of Right Honourable Sir William Lee, Knight Chief Justice of Kings Bench, for life then to heirs male but not first son remainders: to first son; Sir William Lee and heirs male with same proviso: Thomas Lee, eldest son of late Colonel John Lee, brother of Sir William Lee, and heirs male with same proviso: to John Lee, youngest son of Colonel Lee with same proviso also provided that those who inherit the estate (excepting William Lee of Totteridge and Sir William Lee) take the name of Antonie -- bequests of money and mourning to housekeeper Mrs. Jane Clarkson (and annuity), to trustees, and to Mrs. Burnet widow of Mr. Burnet, Bloomsbury, a former servant to his mother and brother deceased -- bond from Edward Chester Bendall, merchant, Kingston, Jamaica and [ ] esquire, planter, Jamaica, sent to George Papley esquire, merchant, Kingston, executors to place principal and interest in government securities for Richard Lowe, Covent Garden, woollen draper, and at death to be divided among his children, remainder to Mr. Steed Lowe brother of Richard Lowe. -- £100 in government securities to godson [ ] Gibbs, eldest son of John Gibbs apothecary, Red Lion Square, Middlesex, when of age, remainder to Richard Lowe. -- bequests of linen and wearing apparel to men and women servants.
