Letter from Francis Bartholomew. The Corporation [of Lincoln] will pay for the spouting round the buildings and the stud & thatched sheep house. The incoming tenant must pay for the other. Asks what claim grimes has on some cupboards and shelving. Grimes refused to pay his rent as the valuation is not settled. Grimes did not give notice to the occupiers of the cottages let with the farm, and Whiting cannot get possession of them
